My name is Ryan Pudenz and recently I have been working with one of your agents, Eric Holmsteadt. I wanted to let you know what a great job he has done and that he is a true professional.

We have had some issues with the loan company but through the whole thing the one person that I have been able to rely on and ask for help has been Eric.

Being a manager myself I know that sometimes it feels like all you hear is complaints and it is nice to hear that you do have people doing the right thing.
